Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy
For Day Trips & Multi-day Tours:
A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking. The full balance is payable in cash to the driver on the day in Great Britain Pounds.
For day trip cancellations received in writing more than 48 hours before the tour, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% booking handling charge.
For day trip cancellations received with less than 48 hours’ notice, no money is refundable.
For multi-day tour cancellations received in writing more than 10 days before the tour, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% booking handling charge.
For multi-day tour cancellations received between 10 and 5 days before the scheduled departure,50% of the tour cost will be refunded.
For multi-day tour cancellations received with less than 5 days’ notice, no money is refundable.
There is no cancellation charge if AE Tours cancels the trip due to weather conditions preventing the flight; you would receive a full refund except for the 10% booking handling charge.
For Airport & Port Transfers
After receiving bookings, we will send a link for the deposit/payment.
Cancellations received in writing more than 48 hours before the Transfers, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% booking handling charge.
Cancellations received with less than 48 hours’ notice, no money is refundable.
Gratuities are not included.
No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours of the booked time are charged at the full rate.
Please Note:
If you do not see your driver, please call the driver number that we have provided or call us on +44 7702 787 600, and we will locate your driver for you. We guarantee that our driver will be at the pick-up point. If you arrange any alternative transport without contacting our office first, you will be liable for the full fare and one hour extra waiting time at the rate of £40.00 per hour.
We cannot be held responsible for any delay which is beyond our control, although every effort will be made by the company to ensure that the vehicles arrive on time.
