DAY 01

Your 3-day overnight trip to Stonehenge, The Southwest Coast, Glastonbury, and Bath begins with picking you up by your private car and driver from your London hotel or Heathrow airport. It is your private trip; we will pick you up any location in London. The first stop on your day trip from London is the prehistoric Stonehenge, arriving by early morning just before the crowds arrive. Exploring the visitor centre, Neolithic house, exhibition centre and prehistoric monument Stonehenge. After this mysterious stone circle, we will travel along the magnificent  Jurassic cost to Durdle Door, a natural limestone arch leading to the  ocean. After exploring this beautiful coast, we will head to the historic  Roman city of Exeter. Exeter boasts an ancient marketplace, 2nd century  Roman city wall, gothic cathedral, Roman fort, Norman castle, Tudor  heritage. We will use Exeter as a base to explore surrounding area. We will spend two nights here.

DAY 02

Explore the remote windswept magnificence of Dartmoor, where you can see strings of native ponies grazing close to the striking rock formations. Dartmoor is also home to an immense diversity of flora and fauna, so enjoy the sights, sounds, and smells of the moor’s isolated beauty. You cross the ancient Clapper Bridge at Postbridge before heading to Tavistock, the historic market town and birthplace of Sir Francis Drake. Arriving back in Exeter in the early afternoon gives you a chance to explore the city’s ancient riches at a leisurely pace. The city walls, the Norman cathedral, the Royal Albert Memorial, and the Quayside all await you.

DAY 03

This morning you head for Glastonbury, home to the world-famous Glastonbury Music Festival. Here, you can scale the Glastonbury Tor, long associated with the mythical kingdom of Avalon and King Arthur. You make your way to Bath in time for lunch and a relaxed afternoon. Recharge in one of the many restaurants, tea shops, or pubs before embarking on your exploration of this fascinating city’s heritage. You return to London in the evening. We spent 90 minutes before heading to 5th Century Britain when the Romans ruled the world and built the famous city of Bath. In Bath, visit Bath Spa – the very same location that ancient Romans revived their spirits centuries ago, or wander ancient avenues, visit Bath Abbey and Pulteney Bridge overlooking the river Avon. Bath is a beautiful Georgian city with delightful crescents, terraces, and architecture. If time permit, we will enjoy a panoramic city tour of18th century Royall crescent and The Circus, we spent 90 minutes before leaving for Windsor.

Important Information:

• St. George’s Chapel is closed on Sundays. Explore this beautiful town with the extra time. 

• Windsor Castle is closed on every Tuesday & Wednesday and on the 25th & 26th December. 

• During low season (from 1st November to 29th February) Windsor castle close early, in this period we will reverse the tour itinerary and follow the Trip Time 2.
