Are your tours flexible?
Yes, our tours are flexible. Your driver guide will tailor your tour to your specific interests and preferred pace, with coordination by Trina, our tour coordinator. What time and where do your tours start? The start time of our tours is flexible and up to you, though we typically recommend starting at 07:15am to beat the crowd at Stonehenge. We provide collection and return to your central London hotel or any other central London location.
It is advisable to give us a few days’ notice to ensure availability and proper planning, especially for overnight tours, a series of day tours, and tours during the height of the season. Early booking allows us to tailor your experience to your preferences and ensure all arrangements are in place for a smooth and enjoyable tour.
Yes, you will have the opportunity to get out of the car to see places of historic importance and take photos. If time permit, we will show you the city panoramically.
No, lunch and entrance fees are not included in our tours. We intentionally exclude them to maintain flexibility, as we understand that not everyone wants to visit the same attractions or dine at the same pubs or restaurants. This way, you can choose the places that best suit your preferences and interests. Lunch is usually in a good country pub or restaurant that our driver guide will recommend based on your location at lunchtime. If time is limited, you can grab a quick sandwich or Cornish pasty and eat in the car. Note: A London Pass can be a good idea if you plan on visiting multiple attractions.
Yes, you can extend your tour, subject to the driver’s schedule. During high season, please let us know in advance if you might want to extend. Simply inform your driver guide on the day. The hourly extension rate is £60 per hour.
For airport pick-up, your driver will meet you inside the arrival hall, holding a name board with your name on it. They will be easily identifiable and ready to assist you with your luggage and any other needs you may have upon arrival. For cruise terminal pick-up, your driver/guide will meet you at the exit point of the arrival building. They will be there to greet you as you disembark and help you with your belongings. Please ensure your phone is turned on at both the airport and port so that the driver/guide can communicate with you directly in case of any changes or to help you locate them more easily. This will ensure a smooth and efficient pick-up process.

Your airport transfer driver will meet you at the exit from the customs hall inside the airport terminal. Chauffeurs will hold a sign with your name written upon it. The airport terminal can be very crowded, therefore if you cannot locate your driver, please contact us immediately on +44 7702 787600, so we can call the driver and arrange an easy meeting point for you in the terminal.
We accept cash in pounds sterling, US dollars, pounds sterling travelers cheques and all major credit cards which are subject to nominal c/charge.
Yes. We offer cruise transfers, shopping trips, sightseeing tours and hourly/daily hire at a very competitive rate.

The chauffeur will normally wait 60 minutes for you before he makes any enquiries. He will check with the information desk and page your name and wait another 10 minutes for you before he leaves the terminal. We strongly recommend that you call us, if you think it will take more than one hour to leave customs, so we can tell the chauffeur to wait for you.

We operate 24 hours and monitor all incoming flights. So it does not matter how delayed your flight is, or how early it is, there will be a chauffeur waiting for you at no extra cost.
